Maureen Stankiewicz, PaCP
Maureen joined Oberman & Yazno-Bartle LLC in 2001 as a paralegal assisting our attorneys to prepare for due process hearings and estate matters. In 2006, Maureen began officially training for her current role as a special education advocate, devoting many hours to reviewing and analyzing education documents, attending client interviews and IEP meetings with firm attorneys, and participating in numerous classes, seminars and workshops related to special education and estate planning. In addition to her advocacy practice, Maureen serves as our financial manager, notary and office administrator.
Maureen is a member of the Montgomery County Paralegal Association. She received her Pennsylvania Paralegal Certification on April 24, 2009 from the Keystone Alliance of Paralegal Associations. Maureen is also a member of the Independence Chapter of the Association of Legal Administrators.
Prior to joining our firm, Maureen was a legal assistant at the Disability Law Center in Jenkintown, Pennsylvania and at Sweet, Stevens, Tucker and Katz, in Doylestown, Pennsylvania, and secretary to the managing partner at Fox Rothschild, in Lansdale, Pennsylvania.
