Experience. Empathy. Empowerment.
Evaluation
Every good special education program must begin with a good evaluation. You can’t fix a problem until you are sure what it is. Students with disabilities are entitled to school district evaluations in every area of their suspected disabilities. Parents have the right to consent or refuse consent to evaluations, and to request an independent evaluation at public expense if they disagree with a school district’s evaluation.
We represent parents and children in getting the evaluations necessary to identify specific educational needs and the programs and services to meet them.
